Visual Arts Centre is seeking marketing/business/arts management students and graduates to join us for a full time internship position with a minimum three months to six months commitment!

Art Studio & Gallery - Marketing & Ops Internship

• Acquire a thorough understanding of Art Studio and Events & Exhibition Gallery's operations on the job
• Be a team member to support and assist in the Art Studio & Gallery's marketing and operations
• Handle social media of the Art Studio & Gallery, and be part of a team to support regular (daily/weekly) social media, email and other digital marketing efforts
• Learn about website management and content marketing, be supporting the team and produce content marketing such as writing blogs, designing collaterals, creating marketing campaigns
• Be part of the team to support the Art Studio & Gallery's buzz of events, art courses and workshops by performing roles of a studio assistant & receptionist, and programme coordinator
• Be part of the team to handle communications, client liaison, and support and assist clients and patrons on the job!
• To be also trained on the job to assist on Art Studio operations and admin such as assisting students during class, handling student registrations and admin, and assisting to prepare the art studio for classes

• Tue 3pm-6:30pm
• Thu 10am-7pm 
• Fri 11am-8pm / 2pm-10pm
• Sat 10am-6:15pm / 2pm-9pm 
• Sun 10:45am-6:15pm / 12:30pm-6:15pm
