We are an interior design company specializing in commercial projects. From design development to project managing of fitting out works for cafes, restaurant, retail shops and offices.
- Attend meetings with CD and taking of minutes
- To brief team members after meetings or requests from clients for smooth execution of projects.
- Assist Creative Director in planning and managing tasks/admin/setting appointments
- Organise and maintenance of all work files in our cloud server to ensure all files are in order.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Preparation of quotations/ cost estimates
- Bilingual and has a good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Eloquent and outgoing
- Able to communicate with clients and suppliers effectively
- Sharp Eye for details
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
- Efficient, highly self-motivated and possess good initiative.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Diploma or Degree qualifications.
- Has experience in secretarial and admin work.
