Vita Coco Singapore – Analyst

The Singapore office which is the supply chain hub for the brand, is looking for a coconut superstar intern reporting to the Managing Director. He or she will be responsible for collating analysis by querying the data repositories and generating periodic reports for the supply chain team as well as working on ad-hoc feasibility and supply chain projects. This role is designed for self-starter, comfortable with autonomy, who is keen in devising methods for identifying data patterns, trends and business development. The potential candidate is someone who is based in Singapore and is interested in working with small functional teams within a global network.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Analyze US coconut market through collating and analysis of related product, market, or export trends.
• Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
• Maintain or update business intelligence and supply chain tools, databases or dashboards
• Generate value chain studies for new products

 DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Some experience in market research, business intelligence will be great
• Diploma or bachelor degree in business, market research, or related field highly advantageous
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential
• Demonstrated proactive problem solving skills
• Ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Can work within a flexible working schedule environment
• Energetic , self-motivated, positive attitude and with the ability to drive improvements
