Job Description

· Pre requisite - The candidate must be Thai-speaking

  • Sales administration duties in conjunction with order processing and LC review to meet on time delivery.
  • · Acknowledge customer’s orders and respond to all customers’ enquiries
  • · Expediting deliveries with suppliers and/or overseas offices in respective countries of purchase.
  • · Arrange for shipment when all commercial issues are in compliance with company policy.
  • · Process all necessary export shipping documents.
  • · Co-ordinate logistic of shipment.
  • · Negotiation of export shipping documents with Bank.
  • · Arrange for 3rd party inspection and resolve any inspection problems.
  • · Arrange delivery of samples to customers
  • · Any other assignments as assigned from time to time by the Manager
