Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to develop & execute content and social media strategies that align with our clients' objectives
• Conduct market research and benchmarks to provide insights into the market conditions, consumer behaviour, customer insights, and customer segmentation competition landscape for target markets 
• Develop brand and tone of voice to ensure consistency across all content assets for client projects
• Conduct Brand, Website and Social Media Audits for client projects where content writing is involved.
• Participate in the creation of monthly social media content calendars, and regularly measure and analyse progress results to apply data-driven insights to future content strategies.
• Manage digital and social content channels including email or newsletter distribution, with the understanding of the best content practices on each channel.
• Conduct A/B testing and track performance using relevant methods of measuring content, campaigns and tools to align with the purpose of the desired outcomes.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Currently pursuing a degree in a marketing, communications, or journalism-related major, with relevant internship experience.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably possesses experience in Social Media Management, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
• Creative thinking and a passion for content creation.
• Exhibits strong teamwork skills, with an open-minded, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
