VK Transformation Pte. Ltd. – Performance Marketing Analyst Intern

We are looking for talents who are passionate to be part of an exciting 7-year-old data-driven strategic consulting and digital marketing agency, VK Transformation (VKT). He or she will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founder & the team to expand the practice and help businesses navigate through the complexities and uncertainties business environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our Performance Marketing Analytics Center of Excellence which will involve acquiring relevant data, analysing multiple data sources, and translating them into actionable insights to help our clients from different industries accelerate sales, return on investment or lead generation. 

What You Will Learn

You will work closely with key stakeholders to plan, oversee and execute performance marketing strategies from start to end, gain real-life client project experiences, and enhance strategic & critical thinking in addressing business challenges related to improving the optimization of ads campaigns, e-commerce sales, lead generation and return on ad spend. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various B2B and B2C industries. What did our interns say about their experience? Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the performance marketing team to implement & optimise paid digital marketing campaigns across multi-digital marketing channels

• Closely monitor campaign performance at every stage of the funnel, refining strategies to enhance conversion rates.

• Prepare and analyze daily metric reports for diverse paid digital marketing campaigns across channels and devices.

• Conduct in-depth analysis, distil valuable insights, and present findings to the performance marketing team to support their recommendations and strategic decisions.

• Proactively identify digital marketing-related problems and opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data analysis and develop strategic solutions for VKT and clients

• Knowledge sharing with team members on analytical methods, tools, and metrics

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads is preferred.
• Possess strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with a keen eye for data and ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
• Genuine interest in consulting and/or digital marketing agency operations.
• Demonstrates creativity and enjoys coming up with new ideas and strategies, able to think strategically & take initiative
• Affinity for data analysis and the ability to draw meaningful insights from numerical reports.
• Highly committed, with a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong team player.
• Able to work independently, efficiently and with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrate responsibility and trustworthiness while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine interest in making a difference.
