Vocalise has been providing quality entertainment for events of all shapes and sizes since 2008. 13 years on, the company now has two flagship quartets in their arsenal of performers, which include veterans of the music industry ranging from genres like Pop, Rock, and Jazz, as well as DJ collectives.
Our artistes have turned heads at major happenings in Singapore. Brands and events we have worked with include the F1 Grand Prix, Singapore Yacht Show, Singapore Fashion Week, Ferrari, Bulgari, Harry Winston amongst others. Vocalise has also had the honour of presenting our artistes at the Istana as accompanying entertainment for guests of Singapore’s President and Prime Minister, as well as for Singapore’s tourism rebranding – Passion Made Possible.
Our artistes are part of the Candlelight Concert Series since Feb 2021, performing for live audiences at various concert venues. Till date, we have performed more than 450 shows, with varied repertoire & genre of music.
The entertainment sales executive is responsible for building long-term relationships through client management and outreach to our clients - brands, event companies, couples and wedding planners. The individual will also see through the engagement by responding to enquiries and requests. The entertainment sales executive will also look into client development and engagement to build relationships with both new and existing clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing and building relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and respond promptly to client enquiries, and requests to offer sales solutions.
- Generating proposals according to the client’s brief.
- Conduct site visits and attend meetings with clients to understand their requirements.
- Follow up with confirmed engagements to obtain details about the event in order to brief relevant parties.
- Communicating with internal and external parties to ensure client requests are executed
- Maintaining and updating the internal client database.
- Conduct market research and work with the marketing team to obtain required collaterals for client development and engagement.
- Provide onsite event assistance to manage artistes and capture social media content for media archives when required.
- Work on nights and weekends for events as and when required.
- Any other duties/tasks assigned by the Company Director
REQUIREMENTS
- Interest in classical music and music in general.
- Passionate about weddings and familiar with a wedding programme timeline.
- Passionate about the MICE industry and familiar with the event processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and see through given tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- A good, reliable and responsible team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with key parties involved.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace - Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides etc.
- Applicants with knowledge of tech rider and stage management are a bonus.
- Prior experience in Accounts Management, Sales and Customer Service is a plus.
- Work on nights and weekends for events when required.
- Diploma / Degree holders in Marketing / Business Management / Events Management / Communications / Arts Management / Hospitality & Tourism.
