- Assist in recruitment process such as interview arrangements, meeting candidates for contract signing
- Assist in crafting out HR workflows / preparing slides
- Assist in creation of P-files and ensure proper filing of documentation
- Assist in archiving of documents
- Updating of HR records in HRIQ system
- Assist in other HR projects or administrative duties assigned.

GENERIC SKILLS
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communications skills
EDUCATION:
- Undergraduate pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resource or related disciplines
Prefer candidates who can work on a part time basis (2 times a week) from Dec 2018 – May 2019.
Official Working Hours : Mon – Fri / 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Current working location : Metropolis (next to Buona Vista MRT)
** Note : Company will shift to Gateway (Beach Road) by mid December 2018
