We are looking for a self-driven Administrative Executive to join our Team! In this role, you act as the liaison between the internal stakeholders. You will support the managers in various administration in operation, finance, and HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the Brand.
Responsibilities
Operation Function:
- Update menu change - item description, formatting, printing, and online uploading.
- Support the front-of-house team on inventory and forecasting.
- Assist with updated to the training manual, SOPs, checklists, and POS backend update.
- Assist with the online review replies on social media.
Finance Function
- Bank-in of cash sales (biweekly).
- Upkeeping for Non-Food & beverage operations market list for purchasing.
- Compiling of daily invoices, petty cash claims, and cab charges for submission to the Finance Department.
HR Operation
- Working closely with the HRBP on employee onboarding, scheduling, OT, and allowances updates.
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant r experience preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or service industry
- Experience with Infotech (HRIS) is an added advantage.
- Able to start working immediately is a plus
