Vue is a fashion discovery social shopping app where users get rewarded for posting photos of their outfits.
E-Commerce is a US$153B industry in Southeast Asia, yet the majority of new-age fashion and lifestyle brands remain underserved due to a lack of suitable solutions. Our platform is specifically engineered for them, giving them a more targeted reach while generating insights like never before. Meanwhile, young consumers are shopping differently from other generations. This change in behaviour is forcing a merger between social media and e-commerce.
Vue strives to be at the forefront of Shoppertainment by blending social entertainment with e-commerce. Having secured its second round of funding, Vue is looking to launch its platform by Dec 2020.

Vue is looking for a UX Design intern to join its product team. This position is remote and will require you to take an active role in visualizing user interactions and psychology to craft the platforms interfaces and workflows.
You should be able to relate to a consumer’s mindset and be an active shopper or demonstrate a similar level of understanding. We are also looking for someone that is brave enough to disrupt the status quo and be able to enjoy the process in the midst of doing so. Show us that you think outside of the box!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Job Requirements:
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Background in project management and research
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of coding principles is a plus
- Knowledge of design and prototyping tools is a plus
