Location: Singapore

• This is a recruitment consultant position focusing on Client development and placement management in Banking/Technology/FI/Insurance/Manufacturing/Healthcare in SEA region.
• You are responsible to grow and develop relationships with existing clients and build a strong pipeline to achieve the revenue objective.
• Your role include identify opportunities and proactively growing your personal portfolio, heavily involved in business development and placement completion, management of all process from lead to closure.

Qualification:

• To qualify for this role, you have strong consulting or recruitment background (min 2 - 5 years experience) in your specific knowledge focusing in Banking/Technology/FI/Insurance/Manufacturing/Healthcare industry.
• You are a deal maker, proven solution-selling background, focus on understanding specific business requirements before you take on an assignment.
• Strong interest in embarking on a people-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal, written skills, you are very confident to interact with people from a wide variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.
