Job Description
VULTURE is seeking for an enthusiastic, fun and motivated full-time Business & Marketing Intern
How The Role Will Develop
If you’re passionate about Business & Marketing and have a strong interest in establishing your career in fashion and publications then we want to meet you! You will work closely with our Editors and associates to lead and grow the magazine through innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Understanding the VULTURE aesthetic and assessing requirements in conjunction with brand integration to develop timelines, milestones and specific deliverables
Brainstorm and generate creative marketing ideas to launch innovative digital and offline campaigns
Assigning and delegating project tasks to Marketing and Editorial teams
Constantly monitor work progress, marketing conversion reports, social media reports, KPIs and trouble-shoot any issues as suggest recommendations as needed
Managing budgets and ensuring all Marketing and Press deliverables stay within budgets
Liaising internally with other departments, vendors and externally with clients to gather info and coordinate special projects
Developing and maintaining a system that alerts to upcoming deadlines on incoming requests or events for the creative teams
Qualifications
Must be based in Singapore
Fluency in English is a must! (written and spoken)
Experience in fashion or publishing is preferred but interest in working in a publication is key
Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Have exception negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
Timely and accurate submission of all correspondences
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proactive with a go-getter attitude!
