Job Description
  • Support the Client Servicing Teams providing daily media monitoring services to clients with minimal supervision within the set deadlines
  • Draft media relations materials such as media invitations, fact sheets, backgrounders, executive biographies under supervision
  • Develop and maintain media contact lists and databases
  • Conduct researches on media landscape to identify client-relevant coverage including competitive market and industry information
  • Analysis and provide recap for client and competitor coverage
  • Coordinate logistic and schedules for media personnel regarding client events and projects through proactive outreach and/or onsite support
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and keep participants advised of any changes
  • Handle various projects and act as a resource for the Client Servicing Teams as required
