Job Description
- Support the Client Servicing Teams providing daily media monitoring services to clients with minimal supervision within the set deadlines
- Draft media relations materials such as media invitations, fact sheets, backgrounders, executive biographies under supervision
- Develop and maintain media contact lists and databases
- Conduct researches on media landscape to identify client-relevant coverage including competitive market and industry information
- Analysis and provide recap for client and competitor coverage
- Coordinate logistic and schedules for media personnel regarding client events and projects through proactive outreach and/oronsite support
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and keep participants advised of any changes
- Handle various projects and act as a resource for the Client Servicing Teams as required
