CLIENT SERVICING INTERN
OVERALL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Media monitoring of client issues and development of monitoring/analysis reports (daily, weekly or monthly as required)
- Client work, including research, project management and administration
- Draft media relations materials under supervision
- Develop and maintain media contact lists and databases
- Assigned roles in event or client roadshow coordination and implementation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University undergraduate, preferably in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, Translation or related discipline
- Good translation skills, be able to translate Chinese articles into English or vice versa is a bonus
- Familiar with social media tools such as blogs, microblogging, social networks, RSS etc.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English. Ability to read and write Chinese is a definite advantage
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, under high-pressure situations
- Good understanding and passion in PR and marketing communications
