Job Description

Wateroam is looking for a new team member who is highly passionate about global change to join us as a Sales Operation Executive Intern. 

Role and Responsibilities

This role involves working directly with the Sales Director in a small team that entails the following responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day customer support request & nurture customer relationships
  • Manage online e-commerce store & CRM database
  • Manage order fulfilment and liaising with shipping couriers to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Assist in conducting product demonstrations
  • Assist in exhibitions, workshops and marketing activities
  • Assist Sales Director in market research, customer background analysis and lead generation activities

Requirements:

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills and process-driven 
  • Good eye for attention to details
  • Adaptable, flexible and independent
  • Professional & Punctual
  • Good team player
  • Previous work experience in an equivalent role will be an added advantage but training will be provided

Administrative notes

  • Job type: Can be Part-time OR Full-time (flexible)
  • Work hours: Minimum time commitment required per week is 3 days. The office opening hours are weekdays 10am - 6pm, Mon - Fri. Pay is pro-rated according to days worked.
  • Work attire: Smart Casual
