Job Description

a) Assist the CRM team in campaign execution (rotate with Marketing Executive) 

  • Monthly member campaign
  • Workshops

b) Main CRM Support for eDM and SMS weekly request

  • Execute eDM and SMS for the teams on a weekly basis

c) Suppliers’ TMPs, TMC and workshop execution

  • Liaise with suppliers on the comms, logistics aspect
  • Plan and execute comms with 100% accuracy and on time
  • Brief internal stake holders ( Ops, CS and trading )
  • Monitor comms response

d) Support for Mass member, Elite member, Jubilee rewards programme


e) Administrative

  • Monthly mass upload of points
  • Monitoring of CRM instore POSM inventory, gift cards and in-store POSMs

Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience in CRM, loyalty programme management, retail marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word )
  • IT Savvy
  • Can-do attitude,
  • Proven ability to be proactive, responsive and meticulous
  • Highly organised with strong ability to work under time pressure
  • Customer Oriented
  • High energy level
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Fluent in English, in both written and spoken
  • Digitally Inclined
