We Are CARING is an innovative startup which aims to disrupt the domestic workers employment agency industry in Singapore and beyond. We are the 1st agency to be free for domestic helpers, we don't push them into debt (no salary deduction) an we also deliver a great service to customers!

The Opportunity = a Startup Experience!
We just launched the #1 online platform for families to easily find and hire helpers (foreign domestic worker) in a ethical way. Join an early-stage team and make an impact by helping more applicants to get a job without paying agency fees!
Both of you (2 positions) will be in charge of increasing the number of active applicants by:
- managing our facebook accounts, posting messages and replying to enquiries
- welcoming and assisting helpers when they visit us - we are 100% paperless, everything is done with iPads, including recording videos!
- following-up with their applications
- editing videos and creating their online profiles
What You Will Learn

- Customer service and how to help people in an elegant and professional way
- Making it smoother to apply by suggesting and implementing improvements
The Requirements
- Available 5 days a week including Sunday - choose 2 days per week for your days off. For example: Friday and Saturday.
- Singaporean or PR preferred (but others can apply too)
- Capabilities in managing social media and marketing tools
- Analysis skills and project management to improve the current application workflow
- Able to work in a team and to bring a good vibe
- Interest for social ventures is a plus
