Set up by a team of passionate entrepreneurs and humanists in Singapore in 2016, we are now looking for our first Customer Relations Executive to help us increase our outreach and the engagement of our audience.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Run Customer side Operations for the organisation (Leads and existing customers)

- Provide guidance and excellent customer service to families at all steps of the hiring journey

- Keep the the collaborative dashboard updated to efficiently share the information in real-time and ensure seamless operations

- Promptly respond to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels

- Identify common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible

- Resolve conflicts that may arise between customers and helpers in a respectful and effective manner

 

Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service, dispute management or other similar environments

- Proficient with IT - We are a paperless company

- Applicant will have to obtain the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), a mandatory qualification delivered by MOM for all personnel working in employment agencies. The company will cover all costs

- Excited about startup challenges and able to work deliver results according to specific objectives

- Excellent time management and capability to work independently

- Personable attitude with a flair in conflict resolution

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to grasp and and learn processes quickly and relay the steps accurately to customers

 

Working Condition

  • 5 day work week (4 week days and either Saturday or Sunday)

  • Remuneration: $2,400 – 2,700 + performance-based bonus
