TASKS:
- Communicate, deliver exceptional customer service & build relationships with clients by speaking authentically about the brand and service
- Be the face of WeBarre and bring to life the values (community, empowerment & fun) in the start-to-end experience for all clients and employees so the studio becomes their happy place
- Assist in data analytics for the business development team and recommend insights based on the data on growing the member base
- Assist in operations across studio classes, virtual classes and merchandize inventory & fulfilment
- Assist in marketing, events, PR, collaborations and content creation
