The Digital Designer Intern will contribute to a variety of different projects across the studio, either within a team, with external agencies or independently.
This job will have three key types of design work:
- Artwork for other assets (e.g. infographics, social media visuals, posters, brochures). You will need to be required to create static visuals ready for animations, storyboards. Graphic design and/or illustration background would be a big advantage.
- Desktop publishing – producing well-designed presentations in Powerpoint and other presentation software.
This role involves a good working understanding of Adebe Creative Suites including AI, PSD and ID.

Primary Objective:
Producing high-quality user-centric designs, artworks and layouts for a variety of digital assets
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Work collaboratively within the production team and communicate with the project manager to help manage clients expectation of deliverables
- Produce high-quality designs, artworks and layouts for a variety of digital and print assets.
- Liaise with the Studio Manager and Art Director and other senior studio staff, ensuring the designs communicate the intended message, brand identity and look and feel and that content structure and information architecture is correct for the intended audience
- Share information, ideas and best practice with other team members
- Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
Skills and Experience Required:
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- An understanding of HTML5, CSS, Javascript would be an advantage
- The candidate must have an excellent design portfolio that showcases their skills in creating digital assets demonstrating excellence in typography, design and layout
- A passion for digital design
- An eye for detail
- Organised and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Patient and flexible
- Good communication skills - fluent English both written and spoken is mandatory, another Asian language both written and spoken is an advantage
