Webot Pte. Ltd – Cybersecurity Intern

Responsibilities: 

1. Assist in Cybersecurity Assessments: Support in monitoring and analysis of security events from various sources under supervision.Assist in evaluating logs from different devices and systems for potential security threats.
2. Incident Management Support: Aid in the triage of security incidents and provide documentation assistance.Support the team during incident response activities.
3. Threat Intelligence Assistance: Help in analyzing and applying threat intelligence to improve detection capabilities.Participate in the enhancement of threat detection use cases under guidance.
4. Systems Management Support: Assist in performing system health checks and other routine tasks.Provide support in documenting security measures and procedures.
5. Collaborative Learning: Engage in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.Collaborate with various team members to understand and contribute to diverse security projects.
6. Research & Continuous Learning: Research the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and tools.Participate in internal training and external courses/workshops as available.

Requirements: 

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with any security tools or technologies is a plus.Eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset.
