Job responsibilities
1. Plan the event for the timings
2. securing and booking a suitable venue or location;
3. coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire;
4. selling sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors/partners;
5. Talk to potential sponsors to secure sponsorship for the evens
Skills required
1. Previous experience in organizing events is mandatory for this position
