Roles & Responsibilities
- Track, collect and interpret campaign performance data from Google Analytics and Social Media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Condense key information into weekly reports that deliver crucial marketing insights to inform marketing strategy
- Identify opportunities and generate ideas for value creation from consumer behaviour insights
Learning Opportunities
- Set up and maintain a consistent analytics reporting framework
- Strategise, conceptualise, and execute a marketing campaign based on data-driven insights
- Monitor and analyse consumer insights, transforming them into creative business ideas that drive company-wide objectives
Requirements
- Proficiency in advanced Excel. Knowledge in Python, R or SQL is preferred.
- Experience in Google Analytics, data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) or basic HTML/JavaScript is a plus
- Detail-oriented and curious about solving problems
- A team player with a positive working attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
