Wego Pte Ltd – ERP Transformation Projects Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the migration of financial data from existing data structure to a new data structure
• Support efforts to automate accounting processes and workflows within the ERP system
• Liaise with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements for financial reporting data segments
• Document new accounting processes and workflows resulting from the ERP implementation
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accurate data migration
• Assist with testing of new ERP accounting modules and functionalities
• Provide support for training materials and knowledge transfer activities

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.2
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn
