Job Description

Roles and responsibility:

  • Responsible for a team of 20-30pax by ensuring that ground operations (issuance of hardware devices) run smoothly.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
  • Act as the first point of contact for the company to liaise with customer and key stakeholder at designated areas (depending on where the Company deploys the Contractor)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
  • Any other related duties as requested by the Company specific to operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years in any relevant operation experience
  • Willing to work both morning and night shift (Can be further discussed)
  • Willing to travel between Tuas and Woodlands
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to liaise with other departments or external parties and resolve issues with effective decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Data Entry and Processing skills

Location:

  • Tuas Checkpoint
  • Woodlands Checkpoint

Schedule:

  • Mon - Fri (Alternate Weekends) 5.5 working days, shift work
  • Tuas: day & night shift
  • Woodlands: day shift
