As a creative producer at WELIVE, you will be our main director in creativity, you will be exposed to different functions and working directly with the co-founding team (very fun peeps, trust us!) to bring the vision to live!

Your responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize original story ideas, creative concepts & general programme scripts for WELIVE'S Streaming Programmes
2. Strategise & be involved with coming out with new programmes & content strategies with the co-founding team.
3. Engage project briefs and work with internal teams to craft concept proposals and deliver effective creative pitches to clients.
4. Engage and work closely with WELIVE'S filmmakers, creative vendors, production houses and industry partners to produce the desired content.
5. Oversee and ensure creative consistency and quality of assets and deliverables.
6. Liaising and maintaining the creative relationship with project stakeholders.
7. Demonstrate a sharp understanding of strategy project briefs and creative platforms to facilitate discussions with teams 
8. Work along side with the co-founding team to scout for potential talents/ employees in the marketing & production area.

You should have:

1. 2 years prior creative experience and exposure to Film / TV / Commercial / Media production.
2. Passionate about creating contents that entertains
3. Keen interest in digital content creation and video advertising.
4. Imaginative and creative mind with the penchant to think outside the box.
5. Good command of the English language.
6. Strong writing abilities and pitching skills.
7. Able to accept and react appropriately to creative feedback. 
8. Resourceful and an effective communicator.
9. Independent and self-driven personality for a startup environment.
10. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices when it comes to content marketing.
11. Stay up-to-date with current trends in video production and social media to ensure the content remains relevant and engaging.
