Job Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare all dishes or items required by the business
  • Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
  • Improve current recipes or RND ideas together with the team
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times
  • Oversee a team of junior team members and other staff members as necessary
  • Maintain up to date knowledge about culinary trends, traditions, and ingredients
  • Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace

Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience working as a kitchen crew in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Good sense of planning and preparation for the day ahead
  • Diligent and meticulous in making and receiving orders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Punctual and discipline to ensure the optimal work performance

Work Details

  • 6 days work week
  • Salary Range $2000 - $3100 (Based on experience~)
