Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support in the strategic development and execution of marketing plans and tactics for Direct to Consumer (DTC) products to drive market penetration and accelerate profitable sales growth
  • Drive brand awareness and adaptation via multi-channel marketing, including healthcare professionals, consumer and shopper activations.
  • Development of marketing programs and lead flawless program execution on all relevant touch points including pharmacy channels
  • Assist in business development projects including identify portfolio strategy, business case development and sales projection
  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, tactical promotions, and on-ground events
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing objectives, partner with agency on brand campaigns, media planning, and content/asset development
  • Track and analyse key brand performance metrics and follow up with actionable next steps
  • Manage assigned projects and tasks, ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Assist in A&P monitoring and brand-related ad-hoc tasks as needed


Requirements:

  • MBA graduate from reputable university
  • Good communications/marketing background.
  • Marketing experiences in pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
  • Keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry


Remuneration:

  • Up to $4000
