Roles & Responsibilities

1. Traineeship Description

This position reports to the CEO. Our office is located right in the central CBD in a very nice co-sharing space.

2. Specific Responsibilities Trainee to be involved in:

• Mystery dinner recruitment and training

• Daily communication with mystery dinners via Wechat & Whatsapp

• Report review and submission, ensuring all reports submitted in time and with quality

• Pro-active communication with our client

• Sales pitch to potential clients

3. Competencies

• Active participation in the end to end process including pitch preparation, recruitment, training and project management

• How to communicate with different stakeholders such as clients, superior, and dinners.

• Gain experience with F&B customer experience design and checkpoints

• Challenge in Chinese communication and writing

4. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship RolePolytechnic Diploma

5. Duration of Traineeship Offered12 months

6. Eligibility Criteria: This position is for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals.

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and

• Graduated or graduating in the calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or

• Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.b. for Mid-Career Pathways Programme

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident impacted by the economic consequences of COVID-19
