  • To coordinate with customers both local and regional on correspondence: - enquires, quotations, order confirmation, after-sales & shipment matters.

 

  • Carry out Proactively activity as instructed by Key Account Manager and work closely to understand and handle any issue that may arise

 

  • To co-ordinate with Germany HQ, shipment instructions

 

  • To liaison with 3PL on shipment arrival, repacking & dispatch

 

  • To assist the Customer Care manager on any other matter

 

Salary range

 

SGD 2,500-3,000

 

Working hours

 9:30 -6:30

 

Working Location

 

10 UBI CRESCENT

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 1-year experience in administration work & work experience as a logistic administrator

 

  • Ability to fluently speak, read & write English

 

  • Able to work independently and as a team player

 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel & knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NAV & SAP

 

  • O level & above

 

  • Able to start work immediately
