Job Responsibilities
- Report to Supervisor
- Be at the front line
- Provide passengers with excellent customer service during departures, arrival, check-in, lounge, boarding gate, transfer desks, and special handling
- Process passengers according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with regards to travel, immigration, and safety regulations
- Able to handle/work with large numbers of passengers from all nationalities, cultural backgrounds, and walks of life
- Actively seek to understand internal/external customers' needs and deliver value by collectively working together to customize solutions
- Ensure customers' satisfaction
- Can respond to all customers' inquiries within 24 hours
- Assist in control room duties
Salary Package
Basic salary: SGD 1735
Laundry Allowance: SGD 65

Working Hour:
5 days work week (Rotating shift), including weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)
Prior customer service experience preferred
Able to work Shift Hours
