Client Service Associate
Responsilities
• Assist a team of Client Strategy Managers by completing the day-to-day tasks and related activities needed to
generate success for the Managed Services client base.
• Provide end-to-end client service for all client needs
• Present, promote and sell the service using 1 to 1 customers sales marketing
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business customer relationship
• Aim to preserve existing customers and renew contracts
• Other projects or administrative duties as and when assigned
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Requirement
