Job Description
Are you an individual who is independent, self-motivated, and passionate about healthcare? We are seeking an intern to join our account management team from, you will:
-Assist the account management team in key engagement activities (including real-time online and offline presentations, introductory talks and employee interaction activities)
-Work with internal and external stakeholders relating to all corporate account management matters
-Execute quarterly programmes targeted at growing WhiteCoat’s corporate user base pipeline
- Identify operational challenges, analyse customer feedback and recommend procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and maximum customer satisfaction
Requirements
-Curiosity and interest for healthtech
-Self-motivated and independent problem solver who is proactive with a strong sense of ownership
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
-Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
