WhiteLabel PR Pte Ltd – Public Relations Intern

Hi there!

We are seeking a part-time/full-time Public Relations Intern (or in our preferred lingo, Aspiring Badass), who is full of creative ideas and eager to contribute. The intern/ Aspiring Badass will gain visibility into the inner workings and aspects of the public relations field, provide concrete deliverables and learn from top to bottom. When the internship/ badassery is completed, you will be ready to enter any fast paced PR firm (and we would like you to join us permanently!).

What an Aspiring Badass does:

• Schedule and coordinate media/client engagements, appearances, photo shoots, and other special events
• Write press releases and other materials
• Effectively utilise and maintain WhiteLabelPR’s social media platforms and website
• Create interview preparation materials
• Create and curate engaging content
• Communicate and build relationships with current or prospect clients, including pitching, researching and scheduling interviews
• Assist at events (media engagement)
• Monitor all forms of media
• Compile contact lists
• Create or update databases
• Assist with mailings, print production

What an Aspiring Badass possesses:

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Good understanding of the different social media networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and photo-and-video editing software
• Passion for the PR industry and its best practices
