Your role:
- Provide administrative support for CEO
- Manage schedules and calendar (internally & externally)
- Deck building & preparation of necessary materials for key meetings and presentations
- Complete reliability handling confidential information
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including artist support, HR support etc.
Requirements:
- University undergraduate or graduate based in Singapore
- Degree in Media and Communications preferred
- Good knowledge of the media and entertainment industry
- Strong planning skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Calendar
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff, as well as artists
