The Digital Media / Video Production Intern will have the opportunity to gain invaluable, hands-on experience by working with various global teams in different functional areas, as well as creating and coordinating with external agencies in producing a variety of compelling animated, explainer videos, interviews and documentaries.
Responsibilities:
• Researching of creative video concepts
• Brainstorming and pitching video ideas
• Coordinate scripting and storyboarding
• Shoot and edit videos for various marketing and internal communications campaigns
• Assist in coordinating with external media agencies
• Coordinate and assist in photoshoots for assigned projects
• Going out in the field for production assignments (e.g. boarding vessels or port visits)
• Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Portfolio of min. 5 items
• Capable shooters and fast editors with a passion for storytelling
• Proficient in video editing software
• Preferred: Proficient in video animation
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail and well organized
Alternative work arrangements:
Depending on candidate's schedule, this can be a full time internship during holidays and/or combination of part time work during school term depending on skill level
