Wing Tai Holdings Limited – Corporate Communications Intern

Responsibilities

• Daily media monitoring to pick up relevant news
• Develop effective communications collaterals to support events and initiatives 
• Content curation for social media platforms and intranet
• Conduct research for speeches and interviews
• Ideation, planning, communication, and execution of CSR activities.
• Assess sponsorship requests
• Support the Communications team in administrative tasks.

Training Opportunities

• Gain exposure to the different job functions in a corporate communications role
• Enhance skills and experience in behind-the-scenes event-planning in a corporate setting
• Learn about CSR opportunities and what it means to the company
• Exercise creative development and writing in putting together a staff newsletter

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Arts, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
• A background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Business Management
• A creative communicator with a flair for writing and design
• Experience in article writing, eDM creation, video editing, website design and social media is a plus
• Familiar with design software such as Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is an advantage
• A self-starter who takes initiative and appreciates teamwork
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise while meeting deadlines
