These are marketed under well-known brand names like BIO-ESSENCE, EBENE, DERMA LAB, EVERSOFT, ENCHANTEUR, SAFI and other market leading brands in the region.
In this internship role, you will support the analysis of business processes and assist in interpreting data to identify opportunities for clearer data representation and reporting. You will also provide basic assistance in resolving office IT issues, working alongside our external IT vendor when needed to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Throughout the internship, you will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, explore practical solutions, and contribute to ongoing system and workflow improvements.
This role offers a hands-on learning opportunity for those interested in business systems, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop and manage Management Information Systems (e.g Sales, Inventory, Staff and Outlet performance) and PowerBI Dashboards, integrating ongoing and new features based on requirements provided by business users.
- Improve systems by studying current processes; designing modifications. For example, automate processes by developing scripts and codes from MS SQL database to supplement SAP system.
- Design scripts to handle errors from source documents (Python or VBA) to check for accuracy and inconsistencies before uploading to Database and analysis platforms.
- Provide user training and support to ensure the effective utilization of dashboards and IT solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for our in-house CRM application, analysis platform, and connected devices (e.g., tablets).
- Provide some level of coding support for existing systems enhancement projects, such as CRM enhancement, Automation Enhancement. (SQL and Python)
- On an adhoc basis, assist with network maintenance and resolve day-to-day system issues for software, hardware, and networking, if any.
- Coordinate with IT vendor and group HQ IT for project implementation, application testing, patching, and upgrades.
- Maintain and support IT equipment, including laptops, servers, and business email setup.
- Document and update system protocols and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
