Join our dynamic marketing team and gain hands-on experience with well known brands such as Bio-essence, Derma Lab, Eversoft and Ebene, Singapore’s leading personal care brands! This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of Marketing and Assistant Brand Manager, supporting various initiatives to grow brand awareness, engagement, and product visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
Assist in managing and growing Bio-essence’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other key social media platforms in Singapore.
Support the ideation, planning, and execution of engaging content, including short-form videos, reels, stories, and static posts to drive brand engagement.
Monitor social media trends and identify viral opportunities to create timely and relevant content.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned assets.
2. Community Engagement
Support in managing influencer partnerships, tracking deliverables, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
Engage with the brand’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and UGC (user-generated content).
3. Digital Campaign Execution & Analysis
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce, and online advertising channels.
Assist in monitoring key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates) and provide insights for improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and optimize strategies.
4. Content Calendar & Brand Alignment
Help maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts across all platforms.
Ensure all social media content aligns with Bio-essence’s brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.

Who We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or video editing tools is a plus!
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
