• Responsible for the operational work within the whole Talent Acquisition process
• Attract, source, interview, evaluate and lead our candidates through our process
• Responsible for creating offers and negotiating the outcomes with candidates
• Explaining and describing benefits packages • Liaise with hiring managers to schedule and organize interviews, provide updates and release offers.
• Coordinating with onsite delivery teams and Workforce Management teams
• Preparing reports, dashboards and participating in reviews with different Business units.
• Be involved in TA projects and Employer Branding work
• Contribute with improvement ideas and creative transformation work
