Windows 10 / 11 familiarity is a must and ensuring a good general knowledge on laptop and desktop hardware with Windows servers and Microsoft 365. Able to handle Chinese softwares.
Self-independent, reliable, analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.

Diagnose and resolve server, network, hardware and software issues escalated by users.
Ad-hoc IT works. Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience on IT infrastructure technical support, experience in networking( router and switches), Firewall, Windows Servers, MS Office 365, Anti-Virus Software and/or Backup/Recovery systems.
Available on ad-hoc basis for End-user
