- Provide general marketing support to marketing manager and team
- Assist in management and content creation on social media channels and accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and LinkedIn), which include creative photos, short-form videos, linked posts, memes or infographics
- Assist in copywriting, photography and video-based content for all digital platforms
- Assist in lead generation, public outreach and community engagement on all company's channels and platforms
- Reach out and work with news media / influencers / partners for collaborations and marketing efforts
- Work in alignment with multiple stakeholders - content editors, creative team, performance marketing etc. to create data-driven social media plans and marketing efforts, with business targets in mind
- Provide analysis on current benchmarks, own and competitors’ social media channels and audience preferences
- Support all marketing-related event and initiatives; and
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Basic knowledge of camera equipment and photo/video editing software
- Proficient with social media platforms, especially Instagram
- Willingness to learn new things, and have an open mind to accept critique
- portfolio of written/video content is a plus
- Independent, highly self-motivated, good at multitasking
- Comfortable being in a startup environment
