Job Description

Are you a people person with a flair for communication and a keen interest in the tourism and events industry? As a Sales and Client Relations Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our sales team in engaging clients, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth tour experiences from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in sales, customer service, and team collaboration!

What You'll Do

  • Respond to sales enquiries and suggest suitable tours or programs for different audiences
  • Assist in reaching out to new leads through emails, sales platforms, and outreach campaigns
  • Assist in preparing quotes, tour proposals, and following up with clients
  • Keep sales records updated through data entry and CRM tools
  • Support post-sales tasks like gathering customer feedback, online reviews and maintaining client relationships
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers as needed
  • Work with finance and operations teams in regard to payments and to ensure smooth client experiences
  • Help with tour coordination and logistics during live programs
  • Contribute to other ad-hoc tasks as needed
