Responsibilities:
- Handing of sales enquiries and proposing suitable itinerary for different target audience.
- Assist with generating leads, reaching out to potential clients via Sales Platforms, EDMs and sales outreach campaigns
- Assist in preparation reports, schedules, quotations, tour proposals for customers etc.
- Data entry to ensure all sales records, databases (including CRM software) are up to date.
- Assist in post-sales work which includes following up with client experience, getting reviews and at the same time, maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Pitching to clients and liaising with vendors and suppliers on behalf of managers.
- Coordinate with operations team in relation to sales matters.
- Communicate with finance team with regards to invoices and payments.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Keen interest in tourism
- Driven, personable, visually presentable and speaks in a pleasant manner
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
- Familiarity with Carousell platform is a plus
