- Undergo in-house training to familiarise with the tour products and adhere to company’s standards of a storyteller
- Share stories of Singapore by bringing guests to various locations (physically or virtually)
- Facilitate tours by being game masters, host or admin in both physical and virtual tours
- Assist tour guide by helping with registration, logistics and interaction with guests
- Represent the company and interact with the audience in a professional and presentable manner
- Assist in operational duties relating to tour (eg. logistical needs for specific tour)
- Assist in coordinating pre and post tour work
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Current students studying mass communications or equivalent is preferred
- Personable, visually presentable and speaks in a pleasant manner
- Working experience in tourism-related industry is a plus
- Comfortable being on screen and hosting virtually
- Outgoing
- Event hosting experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
- Passionate about tourism and loves Singapore!
