If you love being on camera or would like to gain more exposure in front of the camera and hone your speaking skills, this role is suitable for you!
Responsibilities:
- Identify companys’ needs and gaps in content and recommend new content (blogs, social media posts)
- Produce various types of content including photo, video and written content for social media and blogs
- Edit and proofread work to ensure high editorial standards are met
- Research, conceptualise and execute creative content ideas to increase followers by working with the creative team
- Be the face in our online community (IG stories/ reels)
- Reach out and conduct interviews of people to be featured in blog articles or social media
- Assist in pre and post production work
- Stay current on social media content trends and competitors within the editorial sphere
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of camera equipment and photo/video editing software
- Having a strong personal portfolio of written/ video content is a plus
- Proficient with social media platforms, especially Instagram
- Charismatic, independent, and have an open mind to accept critique
- Comfortable being in front of the camera
- Keen interest in tourism
