Word Of Mouth Communications Pte Ltd – Public Relations Executive / Senior Executive

· Excel in press release writing, speeches, contact reports as well as any other necessary documents and reports

· Execute day-to-day campaign activities to ensure client's deadlines, targets and deliverables are met

· Build and maintain strong client and media relationships

· Media and social media strategizing, pitching, follow-up and monitoring

· Proposal research/preparation/presentation

· Provide recommendations and execute digital and social media campaigns

· Conceptualisation and co-ordination of client’s media events

· Maintain accurate records & documentation pertaining to client’s projects

· Submission of media and social media reports in a meticulous and timely manner

· Provide administrative support for accounts under your care

Requirements

· Candidates with min. two years of working experience in public relations, journalism or marketing will be considered for the PR Executive role. Fresh grads in mass comm/marketing can also apply.

· Candidates with at least three years of working experience in public relations, journalism or marketing will be considered for the Senior PR Executive role.

· Great communicator and possesses good writing skills

· Strategic thinker and self-starter

· Detail-oriented and able to think out-of-the-box

· Works well under pressure and good at multi-tasking

· Manages time well to meet deadlines

· Positive and proactive attitude towards work and clients

· Social media savvy and stays up-to-date to the ever-changing landscape

· Possesses strong media contacts and proved industry relationships (for senior and manager roles)

· Demonstrates strong management and mentoring capabilities (for manager role)

· Able to start work immediately preferred
