Job Description
Marketing Executive (3 - 6 months attachment) with opportunities for full time if suitable. You will have hands on experience of a wide range of marketing tools, be self-motivated and self-manage as well as working well as part of a small team. You will also have experience of dealing with a range of suppliers, partners and the media, forming effective partnerships.

• Intern position 3-6 months attachment (with opportunity for full-time/part-time if found suitable)
• liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• sourcing advertising and securing sponsorship opportunities as relevant;
• assist in managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters;
• liaising with designers and printers;
• writing press releases and online content
• help to manage and drive online traffic with web-related campaigns;
• arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• arranging promotional events;
• maintaining and updating customer databases;
• assisting the manager in writing reports and analyzing data;
• organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;
• evaluating the results of a marketing campaign;
• contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
• managing marketing budgets allocated;
• monitoring competitor activity;
• work closely with online content producers to ensure marketing initiatives are executed as planned.
