Works of Hope Pte Ltd – Baker

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily preparation and production of baked products such as cookies, cakes, breads, pastries etc
• Responsible for the standard of food consistency and quality
• Cleaning of equipment and tools after usage
• Maintaining sanitation standards at respective stations
• Responsible for the standard of food consistency and quality
• Ensure quality assurance and control of baked products by following company's baking standards, schedules and procedures
• Ensure proper packing, labelling and storage of ingredients and products
• Observe and adhere to safety and hygiene standards based on NEA requirements at all times for the production/kitchen area
• Perform any other duties as and when required and/or assigned by immediate supervisor or management
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1.30pm)
• Able to support ad-hoc projects over the weekends and/or beyond working hours
• Strong interest in baking
• Willing to attend or possess valid WSQ Food and Hygiene Certificate
• Positive work attitude and responsible
• A good team player
• Able to work independently
• Prior working experience in baking industry will be an added advantage
• Candidate should be Singapore citizens or Singapore PR
